This week we have studied and practised how to express likes and dislikes ( I adore, I love, I like, I don't like, I hate ) and the use of the modal verb "can" in affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences with verbs as read, swim, dance, cook, drive, speak English / French / Italian, etc.

This week we have revised and practised the verbs "to have got" and "to have". We have also studied the verb "to do" and its use as an auxiliary verb in negative and interrogative sentences. We intoduced and practised vocabulary on daily routines and free time.

Week 4 2nd - 8th December 2013

Hello!

This week we have learnt vocabulary on parts of the house, furniture and new prepositions of place (between, among, above, below, in front of, behind, opposite, next to…), demonstrative adjectives and pronouns (this, these, that, those) and learnt to use them. We have also learnt the verb “to have got” as well as vocabulary suitable to be used to describe hair and eyes and the order of the adjectives used in such descriptions.

Week 1 10th - 17th November 2013

Thank you all for your effort and participation this first week.

This week we have  learnt:

• The alphabet, names and sounds.
• Numbers up to 100.
•  Colours (red, blue, yellow, green, purple, brown, orange, white, black...)
•  The verb "to be" (present tense).
• Some adjectives to describe people.
• Family members (mother, father, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, son, daughter...).
